App is not usable from the (Apple) dock.
Any suggestions?

I use the application a lot, so I would like to keep it in the dock. However, once in the dock - the app (alias) become unresponsive.

That sounds like a Mac OS issue. Are you saying that once you right-click the Helicon Focus icon and click "Keep in Dock", it no longer works properly?

It works normally on one, running Sierra
