Hi
I want to use focus stacking with higher shutter speed to avoid camera shake etc, is there a way to stack the exposure (as in multiple exposure) so the result is a right exposed image

No, Helicon Focus is not able to do this. You will need other software. As far as i know there is software for averaging astronomical images.
