No problem until I updated this month. Great speed improvement but the program will only process the NEF's thumbnail jpegs. That's useless. How do I get back to the program processing the full size NEFs?

I am now a paid registered user of 4.48.4pro(MP). I have rebooted as directed but under Preferences, General there is no "multi processor support" or Zoom dialoge box. How do I activate the multi processor feature when the feature does not show up?
