Helicon only processes thumbnails

No problem until I updated this month. Great speed improvement but the program will only process the NEF's thumbnail jpegs. That's useless. How do I get back to the program processing the full size NEFs?

Please try to use different RAW converter in the Preferences of Helicon Focus. Please make sure that WIC support is disabled in the Preferences of Helicon Focus for RAW files. If this does not help please send your RAW file to our ftp server as described at http://www.heliconsoft.com/ftp-server/
