Similiar issue on my M1 Ultra running Ventura 13.0 beta:
You're running a beta version of macOS, which we don't support. You'll have to either work with OpenCL disabled or install 12.5. This is because we only have one M1 system and we need it running the latest stable version of the macOS ...
