I'm having a regular problem focusing Helicon Remote with a Canon 5D Mk II. I often can't set either end of the focus because the bracketing arrows do nothing. I have tried all combinations I can think of. Occasionallly I get a good series but there seems to be no pattern to it. Most of the time I see no change as I move around the Focus Bracketing panel so I end up frustrated.
I wish there was more detailed documentation on this product. Helicon Remote has great promise.
Any advice?
Thanks,
Steve

Re: Focus Problem; Need Documentation
Steve,
Please check if you are using big focusing steps and if the pause betweens steps is default or bigger.
Some non-Canon lenses may ignore small steps most probably because of mechanical qualities.
In any case a log file after your test would help us to check other possible reasons (Helicon Remote menu \ Help \ Report a bug)
