Helicon Focus is hanging up on my new Windows 7 SP1 computer. (Previous machine hard drive died, and other problems). When I hit run, or switch to the parameters window, it goes into a loop, and to regain control, I have to kill Helicon Focus with the Task Manager. When switching to the parameters window, the list of files box seems to flash as if it is cycling through the file list repeatedly at high speed.
Images I processed on the old computer (Win XP) successfully also hang up on the new computer, so it does not seem to be the image files.
I tried starting Helicon Focus with the -notree parameter and that did not help.
Running in XP SP3 compatibility mode did not help.
Helicon Focus Windows 5.3.4
Windows 7 64-bit, 3.3 GHz four-core Intel i5 2500 CPU, 16GB RAM
