Nikon D90 - Helicon Remote not saving image from to PC

Issue: Image from camera not saved ... please help... I've tried everything I can think of... Is it an issue with the D90, Windows Vista or Helicon Remote??

Equipment: Nikon D90 + Acer Aspire 5735Z laptop running Windows Vista + Helicon Remote 2.51 Beta

Procedure:
1. D90 recognised and Live View from camera initiates on Helicon Remote (HR).
2. Near and far focus is set in Focus Bracketing.
3. Series of shots calculated automatically.
4. Start shooting initiated from HR .
5. D90 fires.
6. Screen goes blank.
7. Following pop-up appears - "Timeout was reached while waiting for the image from the camera. Report a bug if this error persists. The program may not function properly until you restart the camera."

I have tried setting camera to RAW and JPEG with similar issue.

I have tried numerous set ups - Turn on D90 then load HR vice versa

Bug reports have been sent.

I am able to get an image (RAW)from the D90 to the PC using Adobe Lightroom 4.

I see that the D90 doesn't support USB data transfer. Could this have something to do with it?

Unfortunately, the problem is most likely caused by Windows Vista. Do you have Windows XP / 7 or Mac OS X? Remote should work fine with D90 on those systems.
