Helicon Remote 64-bit Mac

I just purchased the 64-bit version, and the Focus software works fine, but the latest Remote version and even the beta-version fail to launch.

I do have a different version that came with StackShot, and it works fine. I think it might be v2.2.2 beta based on the file name. I'm guessing also that it is 32-bit.

Is there anything I need to do to make sure the 64-bit version runs?

Most probably some components are missing for Helicon Remote. What happens when you launch it? Any messages? Please send us log file which should be in this folder:
/Users/[YOUR USERNAME]/Library/Application Support/Helicon/Common

I just downloaded Helicon Remote on my MacBook Pro but it crashes each time I try to open it. Here's the error report:

Only Mac OS X 10.6 and later are supported.
