Helicon Remote

I have a Mac OS X version 10.6.8
In your site says that helicon remote works with this version but every time I try to open the program it won't let me and it would say "you can't open this application because it is not supported on this type of mac.

How do I resolve this issue?

Are you using a genuine Apple computer? Is your OS X 32 or 64 bit?

Yes is genuine, 32 bit

That's the problem, Remote only works on 64 bit systems. How come yours is 32 bit? What's your computer, exactly?

Same problem, Core Duo and Core Solo are 32 bit CPUs. Remote requires 64 bit, that's Core 2 family and up.
