D600 Wireless Connectivity

The D600 has a Wireless USB connection using the WU-1b dongle.
Are there any plans to to take advantage of the wireless USB interface? I understand it adds a degree of complexity for a limited number of cameras but it would be nice to break the tether and go wireless.

There are plans. We have supported Nikon WT/Canon WFT modules, will need to experiment with Wu modules to see if we can support them as well.
