Memory Requirements for Helicon Focus

What are the recommended specs for a PC running Helicon Focus? I have an i7 320GHz pc with 16GB of Ram running Windows 8 64 bit. I have tried processing 150 raw photos taken with a Nikon D7000 twice, and each time Helicon Focus crashes approximately 3/4s of the way through the project. Is this a memory issue?

Helicon Focus works with 16 bit per channel images and can handle files of 100 mpixels and more. What Helicon Focus version do you have?
