No images added to the source list when exporting from lr4

Hi there.
I'm testing the trial version of helicon focus but it seems no to be working.
I select a few images in lr4 and then choose export to helicon focus. The program opens but no images are loaded......
What am I doing wrong?

What OS version and Helicon Focus version do you have?

Windows 8 , Lr 4 latest versione and helicon focus trial downloaded from the official website.

Please check file format which is used for export from Lightroom. Note that Helicon Focus 5 supports PSD format but Helicon Focus 6 does not. Are you using Helicon Focus 5 or 6?
