Live View?

Hi. I'm using a 5D Mk II on a msi wind running XP.

Live View works fine when running Canon's EOS Utility but won't fly with Helicon Remote. It starts up ok but i just get a black frame and matching hist as though it's severely under exposed (and yes exp sim is turned off). Everything else works great.

When run on my Intel Mac it does everything it should but I don't want to lug that around the countryside.

Did you change any camera settings between trying on Windows and Mac? It's most probably something about the settings rather than a bug in Remote.

Do you have the latest version of Helicon Remote on Windows (http://www.heliconsoft.com/downloads/HeliconRemote.exe)?
