Helicon Remote and Strobes

I'm new to this software. I have a few questions.
1. Will the software work with my studio strobes that are triggered by my camera, assuming I allow enough time between shots for the strobe cycle time?
2. Can I use the software to take several individual stacks(50-100), and then process them later, or do I have to process them after each stack?

1. It should work with strobes.
2. Shooting and processing are independent processes, so you may organize your work as you see fit.
