Problem with Remote on Win Desktop version 3.0.1.w

Hi, I just purchased an Android version of Helicon Remote and it seems to work fine, and I wanted to try tethering from my windows 7 netbook.I downloaded the last desktop version and connected my camera to my netbook, swiched my camera on and run Helicon Remote (ver 3.0.1w), and a message warns me that this camera is not supported. why? isn't it supported? i tryed the other way, I first run helicon remote and then swiched my camera on , but it's the same, error message ("Canon REBEL DIGITAL EOS XS is an unsopported camera model."), my model is not supported..So i changed pc, i switched to a windows 8 desktop pc, nothing changed.can you help me?thanks
