I purchased your software last week and I have been using it with a Nikon D800, all works as it should and I have been getting some amazing results. I purchased a Stackshot to help with the extreme closeups that I want to do. After a few frustrating days I still can not get your software to see the Stackhot. I have uninstalled your software and re installed a fresh download but that did nothing. I know the FDTI CDM driver package is installed, I can see that and Stackshot shows up in my devices window. I a desperate move I downloaded Zerene and low and behold it works fine with Stackshot, I want to use your software (as i have paid for it) but can not think of any thing else to try. Please can you help? I am running Windows 7 pro on an Alienware 17R4

Hello,
Did you ckick Stackshot in the list of devices to connect it Remote? If you on't know what I'm talking about, do this: connect Stackshot to the computer (and a camera if you need it connected), run Remote, press the "Select a camera" button (top right corner of the screen) and click StackShot once in the dialog that opens up.. If there's no Stackshot at this point - send us a bug report (menu -> Report a bug).
