no remote wireless access

Hi,
My camera is a nikon d5200 with wireless device wu-1a. Helicon remote is installed on my smartphone, a samsung xcover2. It dosent recognize the nikon camera. The app WirelessMobileUtility from nikon recognize the camera.

Any help is welcome

I assume that you mean it doesn't recognize the camera with wireless connection? Have you checked the connection instructions? http://www.heliconsoft.com/focus/help/e ... ml#NikonWT

For Wu module you may have to skip the 1., 2. and 3. steps.
