Helicon Remote 3.1.2 crashes after 2 frames

Just brought and downloaded and my Helicon Remote 3.1.2 crashes after 2 frames. Always after the second frame (of say 8 or 12)

Any ideas?

Running on MAC 10.6.8

Can you send us a bug report? The program should offer you to do that when you restart it.
