Feature request: Start with overshoot

I have an issue with the lenses rather than with HR but nevertheless:

My Macro has got quite some play in the focus drive i.e. if you change direction it takes some steps in HR until the focus plane starts to shift again. So if I want to program the steps I always have to add several steps at the beginning where nothing will change and which clog the output folder. I therefore suggest a programmable overshoot "n" which will move the lens focus drive first n steps beyond the starting point and n steps back so that the focus drive will be pretensioned into the right direction already and the first n pictures won't be "wasted" with removing the slack of the drive first.

We have a very similar idea on our to-do list: a setting for backlash compensation when changing focus move direction. That should do the trick in your case. Can't say when it will be implemented, though.
