Stop Working Cancel Win7

Hi, Need some advice please.
Have the app pro installed on a Win 7 64bit 16GB Ram.
After a few minutes what I hope can be seen in the attached image happens.
I have re-installed with update twice.

Please reproduce the crash, then restart Focus and immediately send a bug report (menu -> Help -> Report a bug).

I have exactly the same problem, I am also using Windows 7 64bit and Helicon Focus v. 6.7.1 Pro.
The problem is intermittent and occurs bout 30% of the time even in the same session.
