CaptureOneTemp1

Post by billcunn »

I am using the Helicon Focus Capture One plugin and I'm finding that temp files are being exported to C:\Users\%User%\AppData\Local\Temp\CaptureOneTemp1. Space on my C: drive is very limited and it often fills up when processing a large stack and causes Helicon to fail. I see that there is a way to set a Helicon temp directory in the Helicon GUI, but this does not affect the CaptureOneTemp1 folder. Can you help?

The folder is chosen by Capture One and we have no way to affect it. Contact Capture One support about this, this is related to their export process, not related to Helicon Focus or our plugin specifically.
