Ghosting of flowers due to a breeze

I'm having trouble aligning a stack of images of flowers. There was a slight breeze and the tallest flowers moved from right to left by a few centimeters. I tried increasing the alignment parameters, but the problem remains. It happens with all three stacking methods (A, B and C). Attached is a typical result. I can send the original stack if you need to look at it, either DNG or JPEG. Any suggestions?

This is not the kind of transformation that can be aligned, at least not by our alignment algorithm. You could activate the manual focus detection area and select the ghosting flower, that may fix the flower, but it will break the stationary bottom part of the image.
