Helicon Remote on Android with Canon R7

[Hans_v_G]

I can't connect my Canon R7 to Helicon Remote on my Android Tablet, i am using an OTG adapter but my camera is not detected.
If i connect the camera to Helicon Remote on my PC it works perfect.
What am i doing wrong or is the Canon R7 not supported on the Android app.

You're probably doing nothing wrong, but the Android app does support R7. Please send a bug report from the Helicon Remote app (menu - Feedback - Report a bug) while the camera is plugged in and turned on.
