counter template

When I try to shoot I get an error message that my folder doesn't contain a counter template. How do I create a counter template?

It is there by default, so you must have removed it. Go to the Helicon Remote menu - File - Preferences - Image saving, press the [+] button on the right and select "counter". Or add the "[counter]" text manually to the file naming template.
