Tooltip shows wrong stack filename

In the render pane you can hover over a portion of an image to see which image filename of the stack was used to render that portion. The filename shown in the hover never matches though - if I press F9 to load the file for that portion of the render it's always a different filename than what was described in the tool tip. For example, in the attached screenshot the hover tooltip shows 012.jpg but when I press F9 to load the source image it loaded 007.jpg.
