Canon EOS 200D not maintaining a live view connection in Helicon Focus

Hello,
I'm experiencing an issue with my Canon EOS 200D not maintaining a live view connection in Helicon Focus for more than a minute or two before disconnecting.
Is there any one having a similar issue? Any advice on ensuring a stable connection between Helicon Focus and Canon cameras would be greatly appreciated?
