Nikon Z8 connection problem

I can't connect the Nikon z 8 with the helicon remote.
I use the latest version of the program.
the program does not recognize the camera.
I'm asking for help.

Please send a bug report when the camera is connected and turned on. Menu - Help - Report a bug on Windows / Mac; menu - Feedback on Android / iOS.
If you're connecting with a USB cable, make sure Wi-Fi is off in the camera, else it won't work.
