Nikon D750 can't connect

My Nikon D750 can't connect to my purchased version of Helicon Remote.
I'm using a USB-connection between the camera and a windows11 PC.

Hello,

Please send a bug report (menu - Help - Report a bug) while the camera is plugged in and turned on.
