Helicon Remote hangs when booting Windows 11

The software worked great for one session. The next session it started acting oddly, now it won't boot up even with no camera attached.
Canon R7
USB
Windows 11
Helicon Remote ver 4.5.3.0
What I've tried:
Uninstall/reinstall with fresh download
cold and warm boots
different camera Canon Rebel T1i

I solved the problem. I have 3 monitors. I disconnected the one that I got the hung screen on. Now Helicon Remote works great. Hopefully this is a permanent solution.

I have had the same problem with other software (Prusa slicer). I should have tried this fix earlier.

That's odd, we've never heard about such a problem before. So you saw the Helicon Remote window, but it was frozen?

P.S. We checked Prusa Slicer, there is one similarity between it and Helicon Remote in that both use OpenGL for graphics. It might be a problem in the graphics driver, try updating the driver.
