Good morning,
Yesterday I updated my version of Helicon from 8.3.3 to 8.3.4, and after that, the following message appeared at startup:
"Failed to initialize OpenCL on previous launch. Please update GPU drivers."
So I tried updating the drivers for my GeForce 1080, but the problem persists.
Does anyone have a solution, or should I roll back to the previous version?
Helicon Focus Issue Version 8.3.4 on Windows
Re: Helicon Focus Issue Version 8.3.4 on Windows
Hello,
Most likely, it's because of the graphics driver being too old. Installing the latest Nvidia driver should fix it.
Otherwise, let me know what error message you get after re-enabling OpenCL in Preferences - Performance, and restarting Helicon Focus.

Re: Helicon Focus Issue Version 8.3.4 on Windows
Come già scritto ho installato il nuovissimo driver NVIDIA Studio Driver 576.02 | Windows 11. Faccio presente che attuo un'installazione da zero. A quel punto, dopo aver avviato Helicon esce il messaggio: Failed to initialize OpenCL on previous launch. Please update GPU drivers
Re: Helicon Focus Issue Version 8.3.4 on Windows
We need to know what the actual error is - the one that doesn't say "... previous launch". Re-enable OpenCL, restart Helicon Focus, send a bug report if you get an error: menu - Help - Contact support.

L'errore è:
Failed to initialize OpenCL acceleration. Please update GPU drivers and turn OpenCL back on. If the error remains, your GPU may not be supported
