Sony A1M2 Support

I purchased this software to use for the Remote features. The camera, Sony A1 M2 is seen by software but there are no controls a/v to set the focus parameters. Looks like were half there but not able to use it yet.



Any help would be appreciated

Please note that this camera is not on the list of supported camera models, and you're the first person to contact us who actually has it. But we will be happy to see if we can support it. Please send a bug report after connecting the camera: Helicon Remote menu - Help - Report a bug.

Are you able to change the shutter speed, for example?

Hi Cathrine,
I was able to use the HR and set the A & B points manually. THis is really clunky to use, would be nice if we had ability to use the rear button to move the focus point on camera and the set with your software.

Anyway it appears to be user error but submitted a bug request so your developers can review the file.

Hi, it's impossible for the software to detect focus adjustments made outside of the software. You can select the first focus position by any means convenient to you, but then you must use the focus stepping buttons in Helicon Remote to select the other point (<<<, <<, < / >, >>, >>> buttons).
