Seral number (8letter code) not accepted

Hi,
I purchased Helicon Soft as cd-rom version many years ago, and was very happy with it.
Now I want to move the pogram to a new laptop, however my Serial Number ( an 8letter code) is not accepted.
What can I do?

Hi Hans,

Please enter your activation code, and then send a bug after you get the error: menu - Help - Contact support.
Check the case of each letter in the code, it is case-sensitive.
And what version of Helicon Focus are you using? Get the latest one from our website, not the ancient one from your CD-ROM.
