Trying to connect my new Z5ii to Helicon remote with USB cable and getting error: L2097152 Unsupported Camera.
Running latest version 4.5.7 on Iphone 16.
Please advise when this camera will be supported.

The iOS app currently doesn't support the Z5 2, we will update it in the next few days. Also, that is not the correct name for the Z5 2, the camera is not in the right mode for remote control, check that the USB mode is set to "MTP/PTP" in the camera menu - settings (the yellow section). But, again, that won't help until the app is updated.
The Z5 2 is already supported on Mac and Windows.
