Can export images from LR Classic but then.....nothing

As above.

when I export images from LR classic, Helicon Focus opens & shows thumbnails of the images top right, but nothing in the main screen, just 3/4 of a green circle.

I have uninstalled & reinstalled, it is the latest version etc but no idea how to fix this.

any help appreciated.

Ona a mac using latest software.

This is normal, just click the "Render" button in Helicon Focus.
