Since updating to Helicon Focus 8.3.10 (MacOS Tahoe, Apple M1 Max), I'm not able to use the retouching function, as the brush creates dark strokes in the image (please see the attachment).
Those dark brush strokes appear in the output image. I've tried a few different settings (TIFF/DNG source images, stacking method B/C, hardware acceleration on/off) and was able to replicate the issue with all of them.
What causes this, and how can I fix it? Thank you!
Issues with retouching panel
Re: Issues with retouching panel
Your brush brightness is set to -52% which makes it dark. Right-click the slider to reset it to the default value of 0% (no change in brightness).

Thank you Catherine, I must have bumped the slider by mistake!

You're welcome! If only all problems were so easy to solve.
