I have just purchased Helicon Focus and I am in the process of setting it up but having downloaded everything the window on my laptop is showing that the camera is not connected .
Camera is a GT Vision GXCAM U3 5
Does anyone have any suggestions please. Kind regards.

Helicon Focus is only processing the images and doesn't care which camera produced them.
Helicon Remote, our camera control software, doesn't support that camera. It only supports some Nikon, Canon, and Sony models, full list of supported models is on our website: https://www.heliconsoft.com/supported-cameras/
