Canon R5 Mark II Issue

Having this weird issue with the Canon r5 Mark II. To be completely transparent I usually use the Canon r5 for most of my workflow but I was trying to use the new camera for stacking. With all the settings exactly the same as my R5, when I try to preview shot using helicon remote, the camera goes into a "save freezing" cycle and the helicon remote preview dissapear. When I try to turn off the camera it is stuck on "saving images" and I have to remove the batteries.

Everything is exactly same as my workflow for the R5, the only difference is the R5 Mark II body.
