Nikon D3S is not working

Hello,

my Camera, Nikon D3S, is not working with Helicon Focus. I`m using the Version 2.0.16.w. BETA on PC with Vista.
The program told me, that the camrea is not connected, but when I use the Windows-Explorer, there is a symbol for the camera and I can access the CF-Cards as well.

What can I do?

Please make sure that your camera is in PTP mode (not in USB mass storage mode), if you have such an option in the camera.
Please connect the camera, then run Helicon Remote, then go to menu\Help\Report a bug and send us a notice from there. This will give us more inforamation.

D3S only works on PTP mode. Mass storage has been disabled for this model

Please check newer version from our site. And contact us via email, we have even newer unpublished version which we can send you for tests.
