Where are the manuals for using HC?

Can someone direct me to the manuals or thorough tutorials for HC? Where does one learn what the parameter settings control, what type of image each method is used for, etc.? Instructions for retouching methods, etc.?
An earlier post may have had a link to some of this information, but the link is broken (404, Page not Found).

The help comes together with the program, you can alsway open it from the program with F1 key.
