Can't get the T2i to work

Can't get the T2i to work.

No response from remote when camera is connected with SD card inside.

When SD card is not inside it takes 2 shots then I get error 70 on the T2i

Please help, thank you

I would appreciate if you send us log file (Helicon Remote menu \ Help \ Report a bug).

I am also having an issue with Remote and the T2i. I recently used the software as a trial and then came back to it and bought the full version and reinstalled. Now when i connect the camera to the remote software it takes one picture and the light stays red and it says its copying. The software just gives a response about bugs.

While testing 550D in our office we found one bug which caused crash of the program. We are now preparing updated version (2.3.12). Please wait till this version is published and do not use Helicon Remote till then.
