I am a new user, and downloaded the 7.6.4 version of your Windows software today after purchasing the professional version.
Near the end of install a window popped up with "Adobe DNG Converter 13.0 Setup / Windows 10 and above required"

Then after closing that a second window "HeliconFocus.exe - System Error
The program can't start because api-ms-win-core-winrt-string-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer.
Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I have downloaded the software again and re-installed with the same problem. The program will not launch and gives me the second error each time I attempt to open the software.
I am running Windows 7 SP1 with 16MB RAM. I'm a bit curious what could be causing such a problem on a vanilla install on a stable machine.

The same error on Windows 7 x64 with all updates after installing the latest version 7.6.6.
The previous version 7.6.4 worked normally.

Теперь не было ошибки при инсталляции программы, однако при установке Adobe DGN Converter ver 13 появилось предупреждение, что он только для Windows 10. Пока обхожусь предыдущей версией.
