No matter what I do, I cannot save my own keyboard shortcuts. I open up Preferences, click on the Shortcuts tab, double-click on an existing shortcut, change the shortcut to a new one, click OK, and it immediately forgets the new shortcut. If I go right back in to the Shortcuts tab, they are all right back to the default shortcuts. This does not happen with other settings. I can change any other setting and those save just fine, but I cannot save a single shortcut of my own.

Yes, the current version has that issue, sorry. Will be fixed in the upcoming update.
