Hi a have a 2nd hand FB tube, with the cable.

It works fine on my Canon 6D with the 100mm 2.8 IS macro @f/8

But on the Canon R10 and the same lens and settings nothing happens.

I guess if it doesn’t work with the R10 it probably also doesn’t work on the R7.

Does anyone have similar experience? Maybe found a solution?

We don't know about these two specific models, but generally the FB tube does work with Canon R cameras, as long as the aperture is not at its widest position. For example, with a 2.8 lens you can't use the 2.8 position.

Hei I use the tube on R7 and ef-s 60mm macro and adapter. this combination works with no problem for me.
