Helicon 3D Viewer blank output

I've tried to save stereo images from a 3d model made in Helicon Focus.

The model shows up in Helicon 3D Viewer, I can move it around, turn it etc but all saved images and videos are blank and only display the background colour. I've tried multiple times, rebooting, using different stacks etc - nothing works.

I'm on a 16" MacBook Pro M1 32GB, Sonoma 14.3, latest version of Helicon Focus and 3D Viewer.

We're investigating the problem. In the meantime, please use an older version of the 3D Viewer that works. Download this, and only replace replace the 3D Viewer:
