If I advance my WeMqcro rail 5 steps all is fine. If I then advance another step the software gets stuck, I think waiting for a signal from the rail.
This behaviour has just started today ! I've attached a screen shot showing the progress bar 'stuck'.

Any help gratefully received.

Please reproduce the problem and send a bug report (menu - Help - Report a bug). We will take a look and reply.
I assume you did not update Helicon Remote since it was last working fine?

I have sent a bug report yesterday pm.

In an attempt to 'fix' the problem I downloaded the latest version from your website and uploaded that to my computer. The issue arose with whatever version was on my pc and continued after installing the latest version.

I also contacted WeMacro in case the problem was with the controller i.e. not sending the correct signal to the Helicon Software.

I have attached their response and can confirm that the rail operates correctly with their software.

Hi, are you givinng enough pause between each advance command? In my experience the Wemacro rail gets stuck if it receives a new command before completing the previous one.

Unfortunately, it never completes the first advance !
