Canon R7 connection

Post by krkrkr2023 »

Hello! When connecting a Canon R7 camera, I get a message that this camera is not supported, although it is on the list of supported cameras on the site. The program has been updated.
What can I do?

This is an old version, just download and install the latest one:

I refreshed the page, didn't see my question and thought it was deleted.
Downloaded, now the camera connects, thanks!

I guess you had the forum section page open, not the topic itself, because the topic's link doesn't change from moving it.

Thanks for letting us know it's working now! And yes, we do need to do something about the "Check for update" function not working. Automated updates aren't possible on Mac anymore, but we can still display a notification that a new version is available for manual download.

If it is quite difficult to change the application, surely it can be done through an email notification about a new version or update?
