I try to batch process a folder with .CR3 files. After loading the folder, I want to split the folder into images of 5. 'Split Stack' immediately calls and error 'The file contains data of an unknown image type'. If I accept the error message for each image (150), I can move on. However, doing it without the batch processing just works fine.
A: What causes the problem?
B: Is it possible to disable the error message?
I did not find anything about it in the form.

Re: Error splitting batch
This will be fixed in the next version of Helicon Focus that we're working on right now.
For now, the only thing you can do is to not do "split stack" on .CR3 files. For example, if you use Capture One or Lightroom, export your photos as DNG. Or you can use the free Adobe DNG Converter application to batch-convert your images to DNG and open them.
