Hi everyone,
I’ve been using Helicon Remote for years with my Nikon D850 and Nikon Zfc without any issues. I recently upgraded to a Nikon Z50II, but I can’t get it to connect to Helicon Remote at all. Every time I try, I get the message: “z50_2 is an unsupported camera model.”
What’s confusing is that the Z50II is listed as a supported camera on the Helicon Remote website, and I’m running version 4.5.3.W, so the software should be up to date.
fnaf
Is there anything in the camera settings or menus that I need to adjust for the Z50II to be recognized? Has anyone else run into this problem?
Thanks in advance for any help.
