Can't get past F9 to load message
Program tells me I need to press F9 to load. I tried it with and without using the fn key and my fn is not locked. Please advise.

You don't need to press F9 and you can't "get past" this message, it's permanent. It's just a feature in the program that you can trigger with F9. If you're using Focus 8 - pressing F9 works and the issue is probably with your Fn key. If you're using Focus 9 there is a known issue that will be addressed soon, ignore it altogether.
